By purchasing a 4-week, 8-week, or 14-week curriculum bundle, you are entering into a binding commitment to a professional developmental track. To maintain the elite standard of Timeless Rhythm Group, LLC, the following strict terms and conditions apply to all packages:

• The "Use It or Lose It" Window: To ensure consistent student progress and respect the scheduling calendar, all session bundles must be fully utilized within ten (10) weeks of the original purchase date. Any sessions remaining after this 10-week window will be automatically forfeited without refund, credit, or extension.
• The 10-Minute Forfeiture Rule: The standard TRG™ Punctuality Rule strictly applies to all prepaid bundle sessions. If a student is more than 10 minutes late or fails to log into a scheduled session, that session is classified as a "No-Show," is immediately deducted from the bundle count, and cannot be rescheduled or made up.
• Guardian Requirement for Youth Bundles: For all student packages purchased for minors/youth, a parent or legal guardian must remain physically present for the entire duration of every single session included in the bundle. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of the session and forfeiture of that session's credit.
